A t the exact location, where once

the most prestigious filmmakers, movie
stars, artists and musicians used to gather,
the brand new One&Only Aesthesis
found its place to shine bright in its own
right. Set within a 21-hectare reserve on
a 2.2-kilometre beachfront, the resort
occupies the original site of the iconic
“Asteria” beach club, dating back to the
1950s. The knowledge of three acclaimed architecture firms – AUDO,
A6Architects, and K-Studio – along with the Muza Lab’s interiors
landed on a 127-key resort, where exceptional design is driven by the
highest levels of aesthetics, sustainability and execution, grounded in
a respect for the past. One&Only Aesthesis’ collection of Bungalows,
Residences and Villas has been based on the original footprint of
Asteria’s iconic beachfront dwellings. Highlights of the interior design
are the sliding glass doors at the front and rear to encourage a flow
of light between the bedroom, gardens and pool, as well as the native
timbers and local marble in shades of pearly white and sand. Boasting
four restaurants and bars, with the Ora of Ettore Botrini to be its
flagship gastronomic experience, and the much-awaited Manko dining
and beach club to open in 2024, the new resort is destined to become NOSTALGIC ATMOSPHERE
