What Not to Miss in Corfu

 Land of Fairies
If you are looking for something magical, then head to the
village of Klimatia in the northern part of the island. This is
where you will find yourself among places so seductive that
you think fairies used to live there. These are the impressive
waterfalls in Kyprianades and in Nymfes. As for caves,
Anthropograva and the Cave of Loutses stand out for their
 impressive stalagmites and stalactites.

 Historical Oasis
Surrounded by a lush historic garden with scenic views over
the island, the Capodistrias Museum is a hidden treasure in the
historical country estate of Koukouritsa. A national monument,
near Evropouloi village, tells the story of the Corfiot Count
Ioannis Capodistrias, first Governor of modern Greece. The
most distinguished Corfiot diplomat and politician of his day
(1776-1831), his name was linked with the vision and struggles COSTAS TSIRINGAKIS © CAPODISTRIAS MUSEUM
for peace in early 19th century Europe and the establishment
of the modern Greek State. Explore the garden, its flora and
history, by using the free garden tour Web App, relax at the
Museum Cafe situated at the garden hilltop or come along at one
of the evening cultural summer events. (capodistriasmuseum.gr)

 Electric beats
Hands up for the next Phaex Festival! A vibe that became a
festival for all lovers of electronic music is about to conquer the
stage once again on the 3rd till the 6th of August. The power of
electronic music has the ability to travel the mind and could be
compared to the legendary ships of the Phaeacians which crossed
the sea like wings. A mighty fleet, a powerful music that unites
people from different corners of the globe under a message of
 freedom. (phaex.gr)
