Wine Philosophy – Accompanied by a live musical performance,
mythological and historical wine narration, this one hour wine
tasting workshop provides guests the opportunity to savor
four different wines from various terroirs in Greece which are
decanted in prehistoric style vessel and served in clay cups
along with a traditional side plate. A booklet with mythological
stories about wine and herbs, accompany you through this
experience.

EVENING PERFORMANCES
Echoes – Atmospheric traditional greek songs, ancient melodies
and original compositions by musicians Yannis Pantazis on
wind and string instruments and Yannis Kouelis on percussion.
