                                                                       The Myconian Ambassador captures the essence of Relais & Chateaux

                                                                       when it comes to dinner, Efisia Restaurant, which is widely considered

                                                                       Frugal - with an emphasis on simplicity, pure flavours and the ‘Greekness’

                                                                       Lobster with prawns and mussels in a bisque broth, served with peas,   MY
                                                                       artichokes and potatoes; but also the lamb chops with eggplant purée   CY

                                                                       Apart from the smoked pork louza, I may add the yoghurt of exceptional   K
                                                                       quality, kopanisti cheese, or sausage, all of which are supplied to us
                                                                       by Myconian producers and which have an exceptional flavour and
                                                                       unique character.
