Oh, there are so many flavors and aromas here in Crete! Stamnagkathi and carob have risen to prominence
– in fact, Cretans now export them, but there’s more, including the therapeutical St.John's Wort (Hypericum
Perforatum). This plant is gathered and prepared by hand using the ancient method.
