This year, the focus is on wellness – feeling
good and living a longer life. I help guests de-
velop wellness-enhancing habits using both
technology and ancient knowledge. We pro-
vide deep relaxation, ease the pressure on the
nervous system, and resolve sleep problems
– a major cause of stress and mental fatigue.
Two exciting new methods for 2019 are the
Hair Profile Test and the Water Path. Using
non-invasive bio-energy tech, we create well-
ness profiles so we can give personalised life-
style and nutrition advice to suit each person’s
needs. As for the Water Path, we detoxify and
rejuvenate using water pools at different tem-
peratures combined with other techniques.
—What are Conscious Body Therapy® and
Chakradarshan Yoga®?
CBT is the result of all my years of study,
practice and research on the human body. It
is part of the spiritual journey of the self. Most
of our issues start when we lose the healthy
connection with ourselves. This causes stress,
which brings inflammations that can lead to
more serious health issues. Chakradarshan
Yoga activates our chakras through asanas,
pranayama techniques and Vedanta philos-
ophy, working on spine flexibility and mobil-
ity. In 2019, we are also introducing Sound
Healing, and Sacred Naps in silk hammocks.
