 indigenous varieties of wine which are the perfect
 match for earthy, delicious delights.
 The gastronomic tradition of Kos has been
 shaped by many cultures and civilisations over
 the centuries. Ottoman and Italian influences
 are mixed with Aegean recipes, resulting in a
 truly inspired version of the Greek cuisine which
 remains, to the day, true to the island’s identity,
 traditions and, most importantly, its people.
 Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adrenaline,
 whether you’re a beach or mountain lover, whether
