the Myconian collection is proud to count
eleven gourmet restaurants, among them three
Relais & Ch�teaux, which have established a
high standard of haute cuisine on the island
of Mykonos. the collection offers many
classy, exciting options to choose from,
including a sushi bar. At the helm of each
and every one of our restaurants you’ll find
successful, internationally trained executive
chefs passionate about creating refined,
flavoursome cuisine by combining all time
classics with local tradition. Using only the
finest, freshest seasonal ingredients farmed
off family land, our restaurants focus on
simplicity to elevate their dishes – just a few,
flavour-packed ingredients combine with fresh
aromatic herbs and expert cooking techniques
to let natural flavours shine.
As a Myconian family with a leading role
in hospitality on the island, we have built
ties with local farmers and fishermen who
supply us with the best seasonal ingredients
and organic produce. in fact, we’ve been
working with some of them for more than
three decades. Vegetables and herbs are grown
exclusively for our restaurants. even the salt
is the finest fleur de sel harvested around the
island of Delos.
our fine dining highlights include Baos at
Korali Relais & Ch�teaux, Naros at Naia
and oyster and Meat house at Kyma, all
with a splendid view over Mykonos town.
