Growing up surrounded by the scents
and tastes from his grandfather’s
garden, Chef de Cuisine Kremetidis
developed a deep appreciation for
creating culinary memories. Together,
the chefs blend tradition with
innovation, offering guests of Efisia
an extraordinary dining experience
that celebrates the rich heritage of
Greek cuisine with contemporary
flair. The menu is a treasure trove of
enticing selections of meat and fish,
complemented perfectly by an array of
appetisers, salads, and soups. Diners
will find it difficult to choose between
delectable offerings such as homemade
ravioli stuffed with Tirovolia Myconian
cheese, shrimp, Florina red pepper
coulis, and fresh truffle, the authentic
fish soup based on a traditional recipe
from the monasteries of Mount Athos,
