The Cyprus Film Days - International

VISIT THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE OF AMATHOUS
Offering stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea, the archaeological
site of Amathous is located east of Limassol, along the coastline. Dating
back to circa 6th century BC, the site hosts the temple of the goddess
Aphrodite. Today, visitors can view the ancient city’s ruins of the agora
and baths as well as other impressive findings such as the two colossal
jars that adorned the entrance of the temple, and other objects once
used as everyday utensils.

DANCE FESTIVAL
The Cyprus Contemporary Dance Festival
is a meeting of cultures that highlights
all the trends within the contemporary,
international dance scene. Hosted at the
Rialto Theatre in Limassol and the Nicosia
Municipal Theatre, it features top global and
Cypriot dancers performing new trends and
approaches to their art.
