Catch’s kitchen is the domain of Executive Chef Giorgos Kirtsalidis,
who invents and perfects Greek classics and extraordinary flavours
from across the world. Consider the potato salad, flavoured with
gravlax salmon, shallots, lemon, brick and poached egg yolk and
served with horseradish mayo. Or perhaps a pasticcio is in order,
done the traditional way with paccheri pasta, slow-cooked beef ragu
and Arseniko cheese from Naxos? There’s even a Greek version
of cheesecake for dessert served with cheese mousse, carob and
hazelnut crumble, Santorini cherry tomato in fine syrup, chocolate
and sable Breton, accompanied by strawberry and pepper sorbet.
Once the breathtaking Santorini sunset has announced the night
ahead, Catch turns up the music and becomes a happening bar.
