 The restaurant’s farm, located in the foothills of ancient Corinth, is
 at the heart of your creative process. What does this facility offer?
 My father built the farm in 2008. He started growing various plants that
 ultimately created a significant ecosystem around the farm. With Mr.
 George Spanos, CEO of Domes, we expanded the farm, and it now features
 20 grape vines, 50 fruit trees, and over 200 olive trees, which produce our
 very own extra virgin olive oil. We express our farm-to-table philosophy
 by supplying our restaurant with goods from our farm, which consists of
 greenhouses, gardens, and flowerbeds growing organic vegetables, fruits,   LET US COL OR YOUR W ORLD WITH COL OR
 herbs, aromatic and edible flowers, and olives.
 The three degustation menus you created – Genesis, Utopia, and
 Physis Vegan – briefly explore Greek gastronomy. What elements

 of Greek gastronomy. Each dish highlights Greek products and the local
