Beginning his career at the tender age of 15, British
born Chef Lewis Barker went on to spend a decade
gaining experience and honing his culinary skills
under renowned chefs in some of the world’s
most acclaimed restaurants. Currently located in
Singapore, Chef Barker is head chef at the restaurant
Sommer which opened in January 2021 to receive
its first Michelin star a mere six months later.
